Strict Requirements on Mold Suppliers

Molds should closely match the initial design. Each specific detail must be on the mold. There should be no visible damage inside or around the mold.

Plastic parts should have minimal shrinkage and a clearance of 0.1 – 0.3mm. The proportion of nozzle material must not exceed 15%. Parts requiring coloring must not use materials that are not suitable for coloring. Pantone numbers are provided as color sampbles

The ratio of the maximum wall thickness should not exceed 3:1. The weight deviation of the counterweight should be within +5% of the standard weight. Sharp corners are removed to prevent injury

Prefer simple shapes. Hardware parts should avoid burrs or sharp edges that may cause injury. There is tolerance for positioning holes. Electroplated parts need details such as surface roughness and coating thickness

Flaw Removing Tests on Every Lure

Soft Baits Quality Check

Our quality assurance team scans the shape, color, and design to ensure no deformation, damage, or scratches visible on the surface. Additionally, the hardness of the plastic parts of the bait is tested at regular intervals to ensure that the deviation is well within the allowed amount of ±2%

Hard Baits Quality Control

Before production, materials are tested to ensure that each part complies with our quality guidelines. After molding and assembly, the completed hard baits undergo several tests, such as color testing, water immersion, and durability tests to evaluate their performance.

Metal Baits Quality Control

The metal bait’s shape, color, and weight are
examined per established standards during
material testing and design review. The fish hook is secured to prevent damage to the bait and the user.
