10 days for rapid prototyping
From the initial consultation, our design team creates a functional design and begins producing a working prototype based on the agreed product concept within just 10 days.

Enhanced Sample Mold Confirmation.
When a working prototype becomes available, it will be sent to the client for verification. Adjustments will be taken into account and modifications will be made to adapt to the client’s feedback.

Final mold production is completed within 30 to 45 days.
A final mold for fishing lures is completed within 30 to 45 days from consultation based on the feedback from the sample. Multiple molds are created according to the order quantity.

Injection Molding
Once the final molds are ready, the complete injection molding process is carried out. High-quality molten material is injected into the molds to form parts of fishing lures

Optimal Assembly and Meticulous Detail Processing.
Parts are extracted from the mold and trimmed to eliminate excess material on the surface. Subsequently, the parts are assembled and put together by ultrasonic bonding machines to achieve a tight and secure assembly

Enhanced Packaging and Efficient Delivering.
After assembly and meeting quality control standards, the fishing lures are packed in specifically designated custom packaging and then delivered to clients through our network of logistics partners
